Small hotel, very close near the shopping streets, close to the railway station and the harbour. Very friendly people. The room was spaceous, very nice bathroom with lots of mirrors. The breakfast is the big unknown, we did not have the time to test it.
It was a Saturday night, and that means party night in Norway. We heard a lot of music as the hotel is above a bar. Was a bit annoying, but still had a good sleep.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our city break! We were able to walk to all the main attractions and there was plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were modern and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. We especially liked the fact that there was a fridge and microwave in the room, which made it easy to have breakfast before heading out for the day.
One thing we didn't like was that there was no warning about the check-in process. We arrived late at night and had to walk to another location to get the key, which was a bit inconvenient.

Nice room with beautiful picture on the wall
When I pay for a single room Euro 175,00 in Trondheim, I expect to find a luxurious hotel or anyway a very nice one with all necessary features. The hall is poor like in a youth hostel, all common parts are too poor like in a very cheap small hotel. No "customer care items" in the room or in the bathroom, no glasses at all. Receptionist were kind people but not professional at all. The correct price for a room year is 90 Euro, considering the standard high price in Norway

The bakery next door was very good, if you need somewhere cheaper in a very expensive Norway then would recommend but "city living" fits the description if you are looking for noisy neighbours
Thumping music from nearby club. Red fake leather throw at end of bed was a bit unsettling. Free tea machine by the front door did not really feel like a benefit

Presentation of the room was excellent Hotel was very good value for money The buses to the airport and elsewhere were situated close to the hotel The room was very warm and temperature could be controlled by guest. Staff were friendly and helpful
No tea and coffee in the room which would have been preferable, however this was freely available downstairs.

Friendly staff Good price for Trondheim Good WiFi Clean Comfortable bed
This hotel is next door to a large nightclub that plays loud music until 3am. This music, particularly the bass, and the noise from the crowd, can be heard in the rooms in the hotel very clearly. This makes it impossible to sleep on Friday or Saturday night. I would not recommend staying here if you have an early flight at the weekend, you will not sleep without earplugs.

I wrote to them beforehand that I might be coming after 11 p.m. but they did not write me back. When we turned up two minutes after 11 p.m. it turned out we had to walk with our suitcases to another of their locations to get the key. It was not far but it was really cold and slippery. They could have warned me at least. I wish there was a kettle in the room. There was one in every other room I stayed in in Norway. :)

Very good location. Mini bar. Seven/Eleven open 24/7.
Was not much choice for breakfast. Instead of double beds were twin beds, which were spreading during the sleep. The mat was sliding off the bed. Uncomfortable big pillows.

Instead of a work desk or table I was surprised to find a lap-board to work on. There was no remote for the TV either
